Since this order was paid using two different credit cards, I recommend processing the refund directly through your Stripe dashboard. Once the refund is completed, you can manually record it in Jumbula for accurate tracking.
If the refund is issued through the Jumbula dashboard, it’s unclear which card the system will apply the refund to, which may cause complications.
