As you mentioned, there are indeed some limitations with the instructor. The instructor does not have access to this information from the dashboard.

Instructors can use the Jumbula for Business app to view and manage their programs. Within each program screen, they can access medical information by either opening each participant's profile or by visiting the Roster report inside the Report tool for that specific program. Medical information is displayed automatically for any participant who has submitted it through the registration form using the appropriate default medical information fields.
